Buildout Radar ingests public building-permit records through approved, tested data providers. Every opportunity links to its public source record when the source publishes one, and every factual claim is traceable to retained raw evidence.
Coverage is determined by a verified registry: an area is sellable only when at least one approved provider configuration has passed schema, recency, and fixture checks for that exact jurisdiction. We label degraded or stale sources instead of silently serving old data.
Reported fields (permit number, dates, address, valuation, parties) come from the source. Inferred fields (project type, relevance scores, service windows) are estimates produced by our classification pipeline and are always labeled as estimates.
